This Email Strike Policy outlines how Sensory Studio manages misuse of our email systems. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful communication environment for all users.
1. Strike System
Users are subject to a three-strike system for violations of our email usage policies:
- Strike 1: Warning issued via email explaining the violation.
- Strike 2: Second warning with further monitoring of activity.
- Strike 3: Permanent blacklist from using the Sensory Studio email system.
2. Strike Notifications
Each time a strike is issued, you will receive an email clearly stating:
- The reason for the strike
- The behaviour or content that violated our policies
- Any actions required from you (if applicable)
3. Blacklisting
After receiving three strikes, your account will be blacklisted from using our email system. This action may be permanent depending on the severity of the violations.
4. Appeals Process
If you believe a strike was issued in error, you may submit an appeal.

Please note: Our system only processes the content of your appeal message. You must include your email address in the message itself, as it is required for verification by our automated system before being reviewed by a support team member.
5. Enforcement
Sensory Studio reserves the right to enforce strikes and blacklisting at its discretion, especially in cases of severe abuse, spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
